• Ability to report daily to the Bronx, NY office and manage local job sites.
• Experience as HVAC technician, project manager, or similar role.
• Highly organized with capacity to manage multiple local projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• General eligibility to work in the U.S.
• OSHA/EPA/FDNY certifications are beneficial (not required).

Responsibilities

In this role, you will oversee all aspects of our HVAC project developments across Westchester County and the Bronx. Please note: This position is strictly local, requires hands‑on site coordination, and involves reporting daily to our office in the Bronx, NY.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate adequate workmanship and direct field operations across Westchester County and the Bronx
• Collaborate closely with our team, management, and field technicians
• Track adherence to project budgets, timelines, and local specifications
• Ensure necessary resources are available, allocated, and deployed efficiently
• Manage detailed project plans, milestones, and daily schedules
• Measure and report on project progress directly to company leadership

Required Qualifications

• Required: Demonstrated, strong technical proficiency in HVAC systems
• Required: Ability to report daily to our office in Bronx, NY, and manage local job sites spanning the Bronx and Westchester County
• Previous experience as an HVAC Technician, Project Manager, or in a similar operational role
• Strong attention to detail, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple local projects simultaneously
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• General eligibility to work in the U.S.
