Cottam HVAC is seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager to lead local projects across Westchester County and the Bronx. The role requires hands-on site coordination and daily reporting to the Bronx office, reflecting our family-run, close-knit team culture.

As a hands-on leader, you will oversee all project facets, ensure budgets and timelines are met, and collaborate with field technicians and management to uphold high workmanship standards. Local presence is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Required: Demonstrated, strong technical proficiency in HVAC systems.
• Required: Ability to report daily to our office in Bronx, NY, and manage local job sites spanning the Bronx and Westchester County
• Previous experience as an HVAC Technician, Project Manager, or in a similar operational role
• Strong attention to detail, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple local projects simultaneously
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• General eligibility to work in the U.S.

• Coordinate adequate workmanship and direct field operations across Westchester County and the Bronx
