Job summary

Allegiance Group in the Boston area is recruiting an experienced HVAC Project Manager to oversee commercial mechanical projects from pre-construction through completion, ensuring safety, schedule, and budget goals are met.

You will collaborate with clients, subcontractors, field teams, and internal stakeholders to drive project execution, manage cost and procurement, and uphold quality and safety standards on multiple concurrent projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing commercial HVAC or mechanical construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of commercial mechanical systems.
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and contracts.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency with construction management software is an advantage.
