Job summary

The Tustin Group is seeking an HVAC Project Manager to oversee commercial HVAC installations from start to finish. You will coordinate materials, labor, and schedules, audit documents, and communicate scope to stakeholders to drive on-time, on-budget delivery.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years supervisory experience, strong communication, proficiency with Excel and scheduling tools, and a valid driver’s license. Growth, onboarding, and competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Five+ years of related supervisory experience.
• Strong reading, writing and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with inventory/scheduling software and Excel.
• Valid state driver's license or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Manage materials, labor, budgets and schedules to complete projects on time and within budget.
• Review project documents, confirm labor hours and ensure timely procurement.
• Approve and process invoices for change orders to maintain profitability.
• Liaise with general contractors, customers, sales teams and management.
• Maintain project schedule and forecast manpower requirements.
• Train, mentor and guide team members to improve efficiency.
• Foster partnerships to streamline workflows and resolve challenges.
• Review policies to ensure alignment with standards and goals.
• Monitor billings, cash flow and margins; implement cost-control measures.
• Assist in recruitment, contribute to sales support, and participate in special projects.
