Job summary

Job Juncture in Appleton, WI seeks a Mechanical Engineer/HVAC Designer to lead active client collaboration and engineer custom HVAC solutions for commercial and industrial facilities.

You will design systems, perform load calculations, and work with sales, estimating, and fabrication teams to deliver tailored HVAC solutions while building strong client relationships in a stable, employee-centered culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME), PE, or a State-Licensed HVAC Designer.
• 3+ years of hands-on commercial/industrial HVAC design experience.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, HVAC load calculation software, and Excel.
• Strong client-facing presence with ability to present to executives and managers.
• Valid driver's license and ability to perform site walkthroughs near Fox Valley.

Responsibilities

• Analyze inquiries and site requirements to define project scope.
• Design high-performance HVAC systems for facilities.
• Perform load calculations and piping layouts.
• Develop schematic designs and CAD/Revit models for bids.
• Prepare technical proposals and present concepts to owners and contractors.
• Coordinate drawings and ensure compliance with codes.
