Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or equivalent with 5–10 years in HVAC, or 12+ years hands-on large-scale systems experience.
• Experience with ASHRAE Standards (62.1, 90.1) and energy codes.
• Familiar with EPA refrigerant regulations (Section 608) and OSHA standards.
• Able to manage deadlines and priorities while communicating with diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop a 5–10 year master plan for HVAC infrastructure modernization.
• Verify compliance with federal/state mandates and ASHRAE/Title 24 codes.
• Provide technical requirements for equipment replacement and emergency repairs.
• Lead root-cause analyses and implement maintenance strategies.
• Review engineering drawings, modeling, and RFI/quotes for compliance.
• Forecast, plan, and track project performance with PMs and staff.
• Interface with government, contractors, and project partners for updates.
