Job summary

AAON, Inc. is seeking a Production/Engineering liaison to help resolve issues in unit assembly, bill of materials, and diagrams, driving refinements in design and efficiency. You will work with manufacturing and engineering to address discrepancies and improve processes on the shop floor.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED with HVAC program experience; technical training is a plus. Travel may be required for cross-training between AAON locations and field reviews.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Completion of HVAC program or other technical degree preferred.
• 3 of the listed supervisor courses will be required after hire.

Responsibilities

• Consult with engineers and management to solve production issues.
• Manage daily activities required to support manufacturing.
• Receive daily line calls and report document discrepancies.
• Confer with management and shop personnel to develop production and design standards.
• Create or revise component part specification sheets.
• Review product design for company standards and specifications.
• Read technical manuals, instructions, and criteria.
• Travel for cross training between AAON locations or field reviews.
