Job summary

Carolina Chillers, LLC is seeking an HVAC Service PM Coordinator in Ladson, South Carolina. This role coordinates field activities for Preventive Maintenance, schedules PMs, and communicates with customers to ensure timely service.

The ideal candidate will have strong Microsoft Office skills, excellent communication and organizational abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple PM contracts while maintaining records and coordinating with technicians and the warehouse.

Qualifications

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail.
• Self-sufficient and able to perform duties.
• Experience in commercial/industrial HVAC is preferred but not required.
• Drug-free and professional demeanor.
• Able to work Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week.
• Familiarity with ERP and work-ticketing systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and execute work orders for preventive maintenance.
• Review and process purchase orders for service contracts.
• Procure parts for scheduled PMs.
• Maintain paperwork for PM completion and delivery.
• Maintain service records and reports.
• Review service tickets for billing accuracy.
• Ensure technicians meet customers for inspections.
• Track contract renewals and coordinate renewals with customers.
• Provide estimated repair costs when requested.
• Prepare reports for customers from field paperwork.
• Coordinate with Warehouse Manager on storage of equipment.
• Hold technicians accountable for PMs on time.
