Airmakers Heating & Cooling LLC in Raleigh, NC is seeking an HVAC Preventative Maintenance Technician to join our team. You will maintain residential and light commercial systems, perform scheduled PMs, and ensure safe, code-compliant work. In-person, dayshift with possible overtime.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate records of work performed.
• Familiarity with HVAC systems and their components.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals and diagrams.
• Knowledge of field service practices and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Performs scheduled preventive maintenance on residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
• Inspect and clean coils, blowers, condensate lines, electrical components, and filters.
• Ensure all work complies with relevant codes, safety standards, and company procedures.
• Provide exceptional customer service during every visit.
• Collaborate with other technicians and contractors to complete projects.
• Document all maintenance activities accurately.
• Other duties as assigned.
