Cullum Mechanical is seeking skilled and dedicated COMMERCIAL HVAC PM technicians for immediate hire to join our team. The primary goal is to ensure optimal system performance and longevity through regular servicing and preventive maintenance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC certification preferred.
• EPA certification.
• Three years experience in preventive maintenance of commercial HVAC systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance tasks on commercial HVAC systems, including filter changes, belt replacements, and cleaning of coils.
• Conduct thorough inspections to assess system performance and identify potential issues.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, service logs and equipment history.
• Collaborate with clients to develop customized maintenance plans that meet their specific needs and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Stay informed about industry standards, new technologies, and best practices in HVAC preventive maintenance.

The ideal candidates will have a background in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, and the ability to perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. The primary goal of this role is to ensure optimal system performance and longevity through regular servicing and proactive measures. This role is essential for ensuring the comfort and safety of our clients’ environments through effective preventive maintenance practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance tasks on commercial HVAC systems, including filter changes, belt replacements, and cleaning of coils.
