Job summary

Cullum Mechanical is seeking skilled and dedicated COMMERCIAL HVAC PM technicians for immediate hire to join our team. The primary goal is to ensure optimal system performance and longevity through regular servicing and preventive maintenance.

The ideal candidates will have EPA certification and at least three years of experience on commercial HVAC systems. We offer a competitive salary based on experience and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC certification preferred.
• EPA certification.
• Three years experience in preventive maintenance of commercial HVAC systems.
• Strong understanding of HVAC components, controls, and efficiency standards.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance tasks on commercial HVAC systems, including filter changes, belt replacements, and cleaning of coils.
• Conduct thorough inspections to assess system performance and identify potential issues.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, service logs and equipment history.
• Collaborate with clients to develop customized maintenance plans that meet their specific needs and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Stay informed about industry standards, new technologies, and best practices in HVAC preventive maintenance.
• Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients regarding maintenance findings and recommendations.
