Arden Engineering Constructors, LLC is seeking a Mechanical HVAC/Plumbing Project Coordinator in Pawtucket, Rhode Island. The role supports the Construction Department, collaborating with estimators and project managers to navigate bid and construction processes.

Qualifications

Strong attention to detail and superior organizational skills are essential.
Ability to work collaboratively with a team and communicate effectively with employees, customers, vendors and subcontractors.
Minimum 3+ years of professional work experience; construction administration preferred.

Responsibilities

Process submittals and RFIs for bidding and construction.
Assemble Operation and Maintenance Manuals for projects.
Perform job-site visits to monitor progress and quality.
Obtain and process plans and specs for new bids.
Invite vendors/sub-contractors to view bid documents.
Process quotes and paperwork for bids and contracts.
Create and maintain project schedules; perform related duties for Estimating & Construction.
