You will use FastDUCT and FastPIPE, collaborate with project teams, draft proposals, assist budgeting and scheduling, and stay current with industry pricing and technologies.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years estimating, project management, or mechanical construction (or 7-10 years of equivalent education & experience).
• Proficiency with estimating software – FastDUCT & FastPIPE.
• Strong understanding of Mechanical Codes and the ability to interpret bid documents accurately.
• Experience with larger projects and design-build environments is a plus.

IMCOR is looking for an HVAC & Plumbing Estimator to join our team and contribute to our legacy of excellence in designing, building, and maintaining Arizona’s mechanical systems since 1974. If you have the expertise to provide accurate and competitive estimates, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

• Estimate with Precision – Perform detailed job take-offs to ensure profitability while delivering exceptional value to clients.
• Engage with Clients – Build lasting relationships by understanding client needs and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Leverage Technology – Utilize FastDUCT, FastPIPE, and other estimating software for accurate calculations and projections.
• Support Project Management – Assist in proposal drafting, budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and preliminary scheduling.
• Market Research – Stay updated on industry trends, pricing, and emerging technologies.
• Collaborate & Innovate – Work both independently and within a team environment to achieve success.
• Handle Additional Responsibilities – Take on duties related to estimating and project execution as needed.

What You Bring To The Table

Experience & Technical Expertise

• 3-5 years of experience in estimating, project management, or mechanical construction (or 7-10 years of equivalent education & experience).
