Job summary

Fox TV Stations, part of Fox News Media, is seeking an HVAC Engineer for hands-on operation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning, heating, and fire-safety systems. You will supervise external vendors and coordinate work orders, ensuring compliance and safety across building systems.

The role requires 3–5 years in HVAC plant operations, plumbing experience, and FDNY licenses; shift options include swing hours. Competitive pay and benefits apply per the union agreement.

Qualifications

• HVAC plant operations experience required.
• Plumbing experience including sinks/toilets/urinals.
• Experience supervising external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain and repair HVAC and associated systems.
• Communicate issues clearly with management and prioritize work orders.
• Coordinate with vendors for large equipment repairs; ensure safety and compliance.
• Maintain water treatment knowledge for closed/open loop systems and BMS.
• Hold FDNY COF licenses and related certificates; 3–5 years HVAC/plumbing experience.
• Work flexible hours including swing shifts (3pm–11pm, 11pm–7am).
