Job summary

FOX Television Stations is seeking an HVAC Engineer in New York to operate, maintain, and repair HVAC and fire protection systems, while coordinating with management on issues and scheduling. The role includes supervising vendors and ensuring compliance with FDNY certifications and safety standards.

Candidates should have 3–5 years in HVAC plant operations, plumbing experience, and be able to work flexible shifts including overnights. Union affiliation and Outlook familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in HVAC plant operations and plumbing work.
• Certification in FDNY COF Q-01/99 and S-12/S-13 COFs are required.
• Ability to communicate issues clearly to management.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and repair HVAC and related fire protection systems.
• Supervise external vendors for large equipment repairs.
• Coordinate with management on current and outstanding issues and manage work orders.
