Job summary

ToroAire, a leading HVAC parts and solutions provider, is seeking a Warehouse Associate in San Diego. You will handle customer inquiries, process orders, and support daily warehouse operations to ensure timely delivery and quality service.

Responsibilities include receiving shipments, stocking inventory, pulling and packing orders, and operating forklifts. OSHA-compliant safety and teamwork are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous experience in counter sales, customer service, or warehouse operations is preferred.
• HVAC industry knowledge is a plus but not required.
• Forklift experience or certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in person and over the phone with HVAC parts, equipment, and supply inquiries.
• Receive, unload, inspect, and stock incoming shipments.
• Pull, pack, and prepare orders for customer pickup, delivery, or shipment.
• Assist customers with loading products and equipment into vehicles.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to safely move materials.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and counter sales environment.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer inquiries and support daily operations.
