Job summary

ToroAire, part of Ambient Enterprises, seeks a Warehouse Associate to support daily HVAC parts sales, inventory, and warehouse activities. You will assist customers, process orders, and help move and stock materials, contributing to efficient operations and positive service.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Prior warehouse or counter sales experience is preferred, with forklift experience a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in person and over the phone with HVAC parts, equipment, and supply inquiries.
• Receive, unload, inspect, and stock incoming shipments.
• Pull, pack, and prepare orders for customer pickup, delivery, or shipment.
• Assist customers with loading products and equipment into vehicles.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to safely move materials.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and counter sales environment.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer inquiries and support daily operations.

Job Description

As a Warehouse Associate at ToroAire, you will support daily operations by assisting customers with HVAC parts, equipment, and supplies while helping manage inventory and warehouse activities. This role combines customer service, order processing, and hands‑on warehouse responsibilities to ensure efficient operations and a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

Physical Demands & Work Environment

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and weather conditions.
• Ability to safely operate material‑handling equipment with appropriate training.

Compensation: $20.00-25.00/hr DOE
