Qualifications

• 2+ years in HVAC, electrical, or wholesale distribution.
• Basic understanding of commercial HVAC and building tech preferred.
• Experience using data types and various software systems.
• Strong customer service skills for in-person and phone interactions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers to build relationships and service environment.
• Assist with parts selection, order entry, and product recommendations.
• Process orders, confirm availability, and provide delivery/pickup timelines.
• Answer inquiries and troubleshoot basic HVAC or equipment issues.
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and promote current offers.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through receiving, stocking, and tracking.
• Ensure organized displays, storage, and accessibility of inventory.
• Document inventory, warranties, customer interactions, and sales.
• Follow safety protocols and participate in ongoing training.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
