Job summary

Lex Air Conditioning, Heating, Plumbing, and Electrical is seeking a Warehouse Associate & Parts Runner to support HVAC and Plumbing operations in the Dallas area. You will help manage inventory, keep the warehouse organized, and drive company vehicles to deliver parts to job sites.

The role requires at least 2 years in warehousing or logistics, a valid Texas driver's license, and the ability to handle varying conditions. Forklift experience is a plus; background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Experience with ServiceTitan software is very helpful.
• At least 2 years’ experience working in a warehouse, supply chain, and/or logistics environment.
• Familiarity with HVAC and/or plumbing equipment is preferred but not required.
• Current and valid driver's license in the state in which you will be working.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Ability to work in various conditions with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Willing to undergo standard background check.

Responsibilities

• Efficient Delivery: Safely drive and deliver parts to job sites and customers promptly and accurately.
• Inventory Management: Assist with receiving, storing, and organizing inventory in the warehouse. Track inventory levels and report any discrepancies.
• Order Fulfillment: Pick and pack orders accurately, ensuring timely dispatch. Verify the accuracy of orders before delivery.
• Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Conduct regular inspections and report any safety hazards.
• Customer Service: Interact with customers and team members professionally and courteously. Address any delivery-related questions or concerns.
• Documentation: Keep accurate records of deliveries, inventory movements, and any incidents that occur during transit.
• Parts Runner: Run parts to job sites as needed.
