Reliant Air Conditioning, a leading HVAC service provider in the Dallas–Fort Worth area, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support parts and materials flows for installers and technicians. The role emphasizes accuracy in part numbers, inventory restocking, and maintaining a clean warehouse environment.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or GED, 1–2 years of warehouse experience, and the ability to interpret written and verbal instructions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of warehouse experience.
• Ability to interpret simple and complex written and oral instructions.
• Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• OSHA safety knowledge.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and forklift certification.
• Overtime during peak season may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform general warehouse duties including restocking and breaking down scrap materials.
• Operate forklift or pallet jack to load/unload service trucks, delivery trucks, and trailers.
• Keep the entire warehouse neat, clean, and organized at all times.
• Maintain the parking lot and surrounding areas near the warehouse.
