This role handles product inquiries, returns, and inventory management using company systems and tools.

• Maintains relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Performs general warehouse duties and participates in inventory procedures.
• Operates company systems for data entry, messaging, and queue updates.
• Assists with merchandising, will-call, and displays per company standards.
