Job summary

Spectrum AC is seeking a dependable HVAC Parts Coordinator and Delivery Driver in West Palm Beach, FL to support service technicians and project crews. The role combines HVAC parts handling, warehouse organization, inventory management, and local deliveries.

You will help ensure field teams have the right equipment when needed while keeping the warehouse stocked and organized, with a full-time, year-round schedule and benefits including health insurance and a company vehicle.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• HVAC parts, supply house, warehouse, delivery, or construction experience preferred.
• Familiarity with HVAC and electrical parts and materials is a plus.
• Strong organization and time-management skills.
• Dependable and comfortable working independently.
• Good communication skills.
• Basic computer and smartphone skills
• Ability to safely load, unload, and move HVAC equipment and materials.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain HVAC parts, equipment, tools, and warehouse inventory.
• Order and pick up materials from local HVAC and electrical supply houses.
• Deliver parts, equipment, and tools to technicians and jobsites.
• Stage equipment and materials for upcoming service calls and projects.
• Receive deliveries and verify orders for accuracy.
• Monitor commonly used HVAC and electrical inventory.
• Help technicians and project teams locate and source needed parts.
• Load and unload equipment and materials.
• Keep the warehouse and assigned company vehicle clean and organized.
• Respond to time-sensitive material requests from field crews.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour, based on experience

Spectrum AC is looking for a dependable and organized HVAC Parts Coordinator and Delivery Driver to support our service technicians and project crews.

This position combines HVAC parts, warehouse organization, inventory, and local deliveries. You'll help make sure our field teams have the right equipment and materials when they need them while keeping the warehouse stocked and organized.

We're looking for someone who takes ownership, works well independently, and understands how important strong parts and inventory support is to a successful HVAC operation.
