HVAC Owner Sales Rep Johnson Controls helps create smart, healthy, and sustainable buildings. In this owner-direct HVAC sales role, you will work with building owners and end users to connect technical and business solutions to real operating needs.
You will be responsible for selling Johnson Controls HVAC offerings, building long-term partnerships with assigned accounts, and growing renewable service agreements as a foundation for managed customer relationships. This role combines consultative selling, account development, and responsive support for existing and new opportunities.
This is an opportunity to grow in a customer-facing sales role where your work helps building owners improve facilities and reach their goals. You will also have the chance to learn through a hands‑on mentoring relationship while building long‑term account value.
$68,600-109,000. (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
This role also offers a competitive Sales Incentive Plan that will take into account volume and margin on a project, quarterly, and annual basis.
