Job summary

Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning seeks a Residential Sales Consultant I in Grand Island, NE to present HVAC and water heater options to customers. You will use a consultative sales approach to improve satisfaction and retention, while fostering relationships and generating referrals.

Collaborate with the onsite technical team to ensure a 100% customer experience and stay current with industry trends and technology affecting our offerings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's preferred.
• Experience in direct consumer sales is a plus.
• Strong selling and business-development skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and be on-call.
• Ability to access HVAC equipment in attics/basements as needed.

Responsibilities
