Qualifications

• HVAC experience: 3–5+ years for Intermediate level; 5–9+ years for Senior level.
• High school diploma required; journeyman HVAC/plumbing credentials preferred.
• Knowledge of mechanical, HVAC, fire protection and plumbing systems; blueprints reading.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, test, monitor systems; identify and repair irregularities.
• Perform preventive and urgent maintenance to ensure proper operation.
• Maintain logs on boilers and chillers; support other trades as needed.
