Oneway AC, LLC is seeking an experienced HVAC Operations Manager in Houma, LA. This role leads daily HVAC service and installation teams, guiding technicians and office staff, while tracking KPIs to boost efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

We seek a proven leader with strong communication skills who can manage budgets, safety, and quality, and collaborate with ownership on growth strategies for a growing HVAC company.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience working for an HVAC company.
• Proven leadership experience managing HVAC service and installation operations.
• Strong understanding of residential and commercial HVAC systems and field operations.
• Experience leading teams and driving performance through KPI tracking.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Lead, mentor, and develop technicians and office staff to maximize performance.

Pay Range: $110,000 - $150,000/year + Performance Bonuses

What You\'ll Be Responsible For

• Oversee the daily operations of the HVAC service and installation teams.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure jobs are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
• Improve operational processes, scheduling, workflow, and team productivity.
• Collaborate with ownership to develop and execute growth strategies.
• Manage budgets, labor costs, inventory, and operational performance.
• Maintain a strong focus on customer experience and employee accountability.

What We\'re Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of experience working for an HVAC company.
• Previous experience managing HVAC service and installation operations.
• Strong understanding of residential and commercial HVAC systems and field operations.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate, coach, and hold teams accountable.
• Experience managing KPIs, budgets, scheduling, and operational performance.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Service Titan or similar HVAC management software is a plus.
