We are currently seeking an experienced HVAC On-Site Superintendent to join our team. In this role, you will oversee HVAC construction projects in the Moscow, ID/Pullman, WA region, starting with the University of Idaho project, while strategically expanding our operational capacity. This position is critical to ensuring the successful delivery of current projects and laying the foundation for future growth by implementing best practices, optimizing resources, and building long-term project management capabilities.

Pay Range: $75,000 to $100,000 a year, based on experience
