Position Overview
As our Office Manager, you’ll be the organizational engine and backbone of our operations — ensuring our office runs smoothly and efficiently. You’ll coordinate with both field and office staff, manage key administrative functions, support HR and finance workflows, and deliver top-notch customer service. This leadership role supports the heart of our operations in a dynamic and team-driven environment
Compensation
Salary Range: $60,000 – $80,000 annually (based on experience)
Bonus Opportunity: Quarterly shared-success bonus plan
Who We’re Looking For
Education: High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred
Experience: 3+ years in office management (HVAC, construction, or service industry preferred)
Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, scheduling tools
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking
Excellent communication skills — verbal and written
️ Familiarity with industry-specific software is a strong plus
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day office operations
Direct incoming calls, emails, and inquiries professionally
Maintain CRM and service records
Onboard new team members
Track PTO, attendance, employee schedules, and maintain personnel files
Assist with invoicing, collections, and budgeting
Manage software platforms and troubleshoot technical issues
Maintain certifications, licenses, and insurance documentation
