Job summary

IES, a national provider of electrical, mechanical and contracting solutions, is seeking experienced AC Installers for residential new construction work in Hudson, FL. This role requires completing installations according to blueprints and safety standards.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of new construction HVAC experience, owns tools, and can work independently in active construction environments. Eligible candidates must have a valid Florida driver’s license and pass screenings.

AC Installers – New Construction

Bayonet Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning, a division of IES, is seeking experienced AC Installers for residential new construction work. All phases welcome to apply.

Only candidates with new construction experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC systems in residential new construction homes
• Follow blueprints and job specifications
• Maintain quality and safety standards
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Perform other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Frequent bending, climbing, kneeling, and standing
• Work in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and outdoor conditions
• Comfortable working in active construction environments
