Job summary

Carolina Comfort Air is seeking a skilled RNC Installer to lead HVAC installations and maintenance with strong teamwork. The role includes reading layouts, wiring controls, ducting, and ensuring energy-efficient setups.

Responsibilities

• Set ventilation, air conditioning, and environmental control equipment into place.
• Wires controls and connects piping and ductwork.
• Installs indoor and outdoor HVAC units and associated duct work.
• Reads house layout to perform installations efficiently.
• Balances distribution systems for energy efficiency.
• Communicates clearly in writing and verbally.
• Maintains cooperative working relationships; may work overtime.

RNC Installer will perform the full range of duties associated in regards to installation and maintenance. The Installer will determine if all materials and tools are at the worksite ready to use. Limited supervision is given to this employee.
