Requirements

As a Zoho Developer, you will join our team of expert developers, designers, and infrastructure analysts in creating web and tech solutions that bring our customers results. In this role, you will be responsible for working on platform-based systems under the supervision of our experienced staff. This role is perfect for a dynamic self-starter with strong analytical skills, a background in Marketing or Finance and who wants to build a lasting career.

In this role, you will be expected to:

• Provide excellent customer service, both to our team and our clients through consistent communication.
• Be proficient in Deluge, Creator, Analytics, and other Zoho-specific packages.
• Work closely with analysts and end users to make sure that applications are performing as expected.
• Regularly modify hierarchical, relational, flat-file, and PaaS databases and applications (Access & Zoho).
• Have great working knowledge of data structures, maps, lists, and flows.
• Address and remediate concerns or escalate requirements as needed.
• Analyze, design, develop, test, and implement solutions under the supervision of our experienced staff.
• Comfortable learning new applications quickly to a high level.
• Produce efficient, clean, and well-commented code.
• Work closely with other teams, developers, and Senior Management to build new features and applications.
• Work with User Interface, Application, and Database-related issues.
• Review, proofread, and format all correspondence to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Qualifications

To be considered, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field OR 2 years’ work experience as a Software Developer with a background in cloud applications.
• Experience working with CRMs (Salesforce/Zoho or other email sending platforms) in a business environment.
• Experience configuring API software.
• Experience working with existing databases in (Access/Zoho).
• Demonstrated knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JAVA, Python, C++, etc.
• Strong problem solving, organizational, and prioritization skills required.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to use independent judgment and take personal initiative.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to plan and manage multiple tasks/projects with minimal supervision.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.
• Ability to maintain focus over an extended period.

While this position is fully remote, we encourage in-person collaboration when possible. For this reason, we will prioritize candidates who are local to the Allentown, PA area or within commuting distance of our office.
