Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. seeks an experienced HVAC Mechanical Project Manager to lead life sciences construction projects in North and South Carolina.

You will manage assigned projects to meet budgets, schedules and customer expectations, working directly with building owners, construction managers, engineering teams and architects to deliver quality installations and ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor's degree in a mechanical discipline or related field.
• Proven track record managing HVAC/mechanical construction in life sciences.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead HVAC mechanical projects for life sciences clients in NC/SC.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and customer expectations to deliver on-time, within budget installations.
• Coordinate with building owners, construction managers, engineering teams, and architects across North and South Carolina.
• Oversee project P&L and ensure quality installation and customer satisfaction.

Looking for a proven HVAC Mechanical Project Manager to help with Life Sciences clients in South and North Carolina. Manage assigned life science construction projects and account to meet budgets, schedules and customer expectations. Work directly with the building owners, construction managers, engineering and Architects in North and South Carolina areas.
