Qualifications

• 4+ years of HVAC maintenance experience.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with commercial facilities or industrial maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC systems.
• Troubleshoot motors, compressors, pumps, controls, electrical systems and mechanical equipment.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Support facility and building maintenance projects.
• Read schematics, diagnose issues, and complete repairs safely and efficiently.
