Qualifications

• Associate degree in HVAC or Fire Protection with 2+ years of related HVAC/Fire Sprinkler design experience.
• U.S. citizenship due to federal nature of work.
• Ability to obtain and maintain government clearance.
• 5+ years of HVAC design and 3D modeling experience.
• Experience with Revit and SmartPlant is a plus.
• Experience with point clouds and 3D modeling for multi-discipline projects.
• Familiarity with Trane Trace or similar programs.
• Ability to plan, self-perform tasks, and multi-task on multiple projects.

Responsibilities
