Superior Contracting & Maintenance is hiring experienced, insured 1099 contractors in plumbing and electrical trades to handle rotating residential maintenance work orders. Requirements

• Must be a 1099 contractor with active General Liability Insurance (COI required)
• Worker's Comp preferred
• Minimum 5 years experience in plumbing or electrical service
• Must have your own tools and vehicle (truck, van, or SUV)
• Must complete brief onboarding call with vendor team before work is assigned
• Ability to use a online service portal to track and manage work orders
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Inability to complete onboarding or communicate professionally

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle work within provided "Not-to-Exceed" (NTE) budgets (average $150-$350)
• Submit estimates for larger repairs or projects that go beyond the NTE
• Communicate job status and updates via our mobile portal
