Job Description:

Must have active (or ability to obtain and maintain) TS/SCI with CI Polygraph clearance.

This position is contingent upon contract award.

Responsibilities include:

1. Installing, maintaining, and repairing critical HVAC systems such as chillers, cooling towers, air handlers, compressors, hot and chilled water pumps, CRAC units, exhaust fans, etc.
2. Identifying maintenance risks on equipment.
3. Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems.
4. Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
5. Keeping detailed logs and records of all maintenance activities.
6. Ensuring compliance with service standards, work instructions, and customer requirements.
7. Applying knowledge of advanced principles of air conditioning, refrigeration, heating, brazing, and soldering.
8. Installing pipe assemblies, fittings, valves, appliances (such as dishwashers and water heaters), and fixtures (such as sinks and toilets) using hand and power tools.
9. Balancing air and water treatment systems in accordance with HVAC protocols.
10. Demonstrating excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
11. Reading schematics and work plans proficiently.
12. Working in confined spaces and at heights.
13. Willingness to work after hours, on weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts to ensure 24-hour HVAC coverage.
14. Adhering to safety standards by utilizing PPE, following site safety plans, and practicing safe work procedures at all times.
15. Performing other duties as assigned.
