Sobieski New Homes of Edgewood, MD is hiring a full-time HVAC Mechanic for Residential New Construction to install heating and cooling systems in new homes and mentor HVAC helpers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of new home construction experience.
• Knowledge of applicable state codes.
• Hands-on knowledge of residential HVAC construction.

• Ability to work in hot environments and tight spaces (attics/crawlspaces).
• Own hand tools used by HVAC mechanics.

Sobieski New Homes of Edgewood, MD is looking to hire a full-time HVAC Mechanic / Residential New Construction to save the day by installing quality heating and cooling systems for the good citizens of our community while training HVAC helpers. QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN HVAC INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN / RESIDENTIAL NEW CONSTRUCTION

• 3 plus years of new home construction experience
• Knowledge of applicable state codes
• Hands-on knowledge of residential HVAC construction
• Ability to read blueprints a plus
• Driver's license and a good driving record (the ability to fly is not required, though it would be awesome)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Heatproof & shrinking powers (or at least the ability to work out in the summer heat as well as in tight spaces such as attics and crawlspace)
• Own hand tools used by HVAC mechanics
