Responsibilities

• Installs, services, modifies, rebuilds, and repairs HVAC systems in industrial or commercial settings.
• Performs periodic inspection to locate and determine cause of equipment malfunctions.
• Utilizes CMMS to create and complete maintenance work orders.
• Supports building management systems including Distech, Honeywell, Johnson, and controls (DDC/AC).
• Writes and programs sequence of operations for controls systems.
