Job summary

Integrated Project Services, Inc. (IPS) is seeking an HVAC Mechanic for the Piegan Old Port building in Babb, MT. The role entails replacing furnaces and condensers, testing systems, and ensuring safe, compliant operation prior to site handoff.

Applicants must have a MT HVAC license, at least 2 years of experience, and provide their own tools. A valid driver’s license and the ability to pass screenings are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Montana HVAC license/certification required.
• 2+ years HVAC mechanic experience required.
• Must provide own professional tools.
• Knowledge of HVAC equipment, materials, methods, and safety standards required.
• OSHA regulations knowledge required.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving history.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Replace furnaces, condensers, and thermostats as specified.
• Inspect and test HVAC systems to verify compliance and locate malfunctions.
• Test and operate new HVAC systems to ensure operation before site handoff.
• Follow safety standards and maintain a clean work area.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
