Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform periodic inspection and preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment and components.
• Service, modify, and maintain centralized HVAC computer systems and programs.
• Install and maintain high-technology clean room environments.
• Handle and dispose of hazardous materials per safety regulations.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by supervisor.
