Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Repairs and monitors air conditioning systems (central and package), heating systems (water and steam), steam systems (high, medium, low pressure).
• Maintains chilled water, steam, condensate, piping and related systems.
• Performs plumbing installation and repair; clears drains.
• Responds to equipment alarms and equipment failures.
• Maintains logs of rounds and time reports; performs snow/ice removal as needed.
• Ensures safety and follows infection control standards.
