Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Repair and monitor HVAC systems including central and package units.
• Perform plumbing, electrical and pneumatic controls checks and repairs.
• Advise supervisor on safety and equipment operation; recommend replacements when needed.
• Complete daily time reports and handle shift duties.
• Respond to emergencies (elevator or other) and support building maintenance.
