We are seeking a full‑time HVAC Mechanic for our contract located at the Alton Lennon Federal Building, Wilmington, NC. This is a union position. The hourly pay rate is $39.14 per hour, with an additional Health and Welfare Pay of $6.50 per hour up to 40 hours per week (not to exceed 2,080 hours per year). HVAC mechanics certified under Nate will earn $41.20 per hour. The position offers vacation, sick leave, paid holidays, and a pension plan in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement. Working schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 am – 4:30 pm.
