Job summary

Erickson Senior Living's Cedar Crest Village is hiring an HVAC Mechanic to maintain heating, cooling, and ventilation systems and respond to emergencies. The role requires communication with residents and staff and the ability to implement maintenance plans from the Engineering/Maintenance Manager.

Compensation is hourly, with benefits including 401k, education and certification support, and onsite health services.

Qualifications

• One to three years experience in HVAC maintenance.
• Ability to implement all plans formulated by Engineering/Maintenance Manager.
• Must have the ability to adjust to new industry techniques and become familiar with new equipment as required.
• Must be able to effectively communicate and work with residents and staff.

Location: Cedar Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living

We are hiring a HVAC Mechanic to support our gated retirement community. The HVAC Mechanic is responsible for the overall maintenance of the heating and cooling systems of the community. This position may require State licensing/certification.
