Essential Job Functions

• Diagnosis, repair, operational checkout, start-ups, preventive maintenance, equipment installation, and cleaning of HVAC systems.
• Observe additional maintenance needs and report to the supervisor.

Qualifications

• Journeyman skill level, achieved through a 4-year apprentice program with classroom training and 8,000 hours of work experience, or equivalent trade experience.
• Skills should match the attached basic skill list.
• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Valid West Virginia Driver’s License.
• EPA refrigerant certification.

Physical and Work Conditions

• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds, walk, stand, climb ladders, scaffolding, stairs.
