Facility Services Management Inc. (FSI) is seeking a skilled HVAC Mechanic to maintain and repair complex environmental systems in hospitals, labs, and commercial buildings. You will install, service, and optimize heating, ventilation, and air‑conditioning equipment across high‑performance facilities where precision matters.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 4+ years of hands-on HVAC experience with universal certification.
• Healthcare facilities experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and insurable record.
• Ability to meet background, drug screen, and NACI clearance.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and repair electric, electronic, pneumatic, and digital HVAC control systems.
• Mount compressors and condensers per engineering specs.
• Fabricate and install ductwork and chassis components.
• Join tubing and pipes, solder refrigerant circuits.
• Connect motors, compressors, and control panels to power sources.
• Perform pressure tests and replace defective breakers.
• Maintain and service air conditioners and chillers up to 400‑ton.
• Prioritize safety, quality, and compliance.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a skilled HVAC Mechanic who’s ready to put their expertise to work maintaining and repairing complex environmental systems. In this role, you’ll take ownership of installing, servicing, and optimizing heating, ventilation, and air‑conditioning equipment across high‑performance facilities — including healthcare sites where your work truly makes an impact.

What You’ll Do

• Install, service, and repair electric, electronic, pneumatic, and digital HVAC control systems
• Mount compressors and condensers following engineering specifications
• Fabricate and install ductwork and chassis components
• Cut, bend, and join tubing and pipes, soldering joints to complete refrigerant circuits
• Connect motors, compressors, and control panels to power sources
• Perform pressure tests, inspect joints, and replace defective breakers
• Maintain and service air conditioners and chillers up to 400-ton capacity
• Keep safety, quality, and compliance front and center in everything you do

What You Bring
