Job summary

Facility Services Management Inc. is seeking a skilled HVAC Mechanic to install, service, and repair HVAC systems in high-performance facilities including healthcare sites.

You will handle electric, electronic, pneumatic, and digital control systems, mount equipment, fabricate ductwork, and ensure safety and compliance. Required are 4+ years of hands-on HVAC experience with universal certification, a valid driver's license, and the ability to meet background and drug-screen requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 4+ years of hands-on HVAC experience with universal certification.
• Healthcare facility experience is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and insurable record.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and repair electric, electronic, pneumatic, and digital HVAC control systems.
• Mount compressors and condensers following engineering specifications.
• Fabricate and install ductwork and chassis components.
• Cut, bend, and join tubing and pipes, soldering joints to complete refrigerant circuits.
• Connect motors, compressors, and control panels to power sources.
• Perform pressure tests, inspect joints, and replace defective breakers.
• Maintain and service air conditioners and chillers up to 400-ton capacity.
• Keep safety, quality, and compliance front and center in everything you do.

We’re looking for a skilled HVAC Mechanic who’s ready to put their expertise to work maintaining and repairing complex environmental systems. In this role, you’ll take ownership of installing, servicing, and optimizing heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning equipment across high-performance facilities — including healthcare sites where your work truly makes an impact.

What You’ll Do

• Install, service, and repair electric, electronic, pneumatic, and digital HVAC control systems
