You will design efficient workflows, analyze production data, and collaborate with teams to ensure manufacturability. A four-year engineering degree and 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing role are required. Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or process engineering role within HVAC or similar industry.
• Experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of manufacturing processes.
• Analyze production data and process performance.
• Collaborate with product design, quality, and operations teams.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures.
• Support the introduction of new products and technologies.
• Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship.
• Participate in cross-functional projects on lean manufacturing.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
