Trane is hiring 300+ Manufacturing Assemblers in Tyler, Texas. Positions require availability on all shifts (1st, 2nd, 3rd) with overtime including Saturdays. Pay ranges from $20.93 to $21.93 per hour plus benefits and training. Remedy Staffing will coordinate start dates through early 2027.

Ideal candidates have 3–6 months manufacturing/assembly/warehouse experience and a high school diploma or GED. Full-time roles with benefits and advancement opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3–6 months of manufacturing/production/assembly/warehouse experience.
• Must be available to work ANY shift: 1st, 2nd, or 3rd.
• Willingness to undergo drug screen and background check.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks.
• Willingness to work overtime, including Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Assemble HVAC parts and components according to work instructions.
• Operate hand tools, semi-automatic equipment, and automatic assembly tools.
• Inspect completed work for quality standards.
• Package finished products for shipment.
• Move and manage production materials.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Meet daily production and productivity goals.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
