You will coach technicians, align service processes with sales goals, recruit and mentor a high‑performing crew, and partner with dispatch and leadership to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing or supervising HVAC service/sales teams.
• 1+ years overseeing budgets, revenue, or P&L performance.
• A commitment to quality work, customer care, and technician development.
• Ability to coach technicians on presenting solutions that genuinely benefit customers.
• Hands‑on understanding of field operations and technical challenges.
• Clear, confident leadership with excellent organizational abilities.
• Ability to anticipate issues and create effective, scalable solutions.
